Jon and I went to Mazatlan, Mexico on vacation and he proposed while we were there!! After being together for almost 5 years, we're really looking forward to making it official!
Right after saying yes.
We got back last weekend but it's been a whirlwind of wedding stuff since Jon and I wanted to try for a fall wedding. By some stroke of luck though, we got everything to come together and October 16th is the big day. I'm really looking forward to sharing the fun with our friends and family!
And here are some of my favorite photos from the trip... what an incredible get-away!
At our friends' wedding. So beautiful!

ReplyDelete(Something I did for my daughter's summer wedding-gosh, it's been nearly 7 years ago!!!... we used dupioni silk in her wedding colors of magenta, orange, and lime green on the tables as a layered "placemat" for the centerpieces, and then I made a quilt for her from the fabric.)
